U4Heroes invests in systemic solutions that improve the quality of life of veterans and their families. We work through our own projects and by funding capable partner organizations — multiplying the impact of change rather than working alone.

The foundation does not provide direct assistance to individuals. Instead, we seek out solutions that strengthen a system where service members and their families know where to turn and how to access the support they need.
We envision a Ukraine where veterans’ experience, knowledge, and leadership become a driving force for rebuilding human capital, strengthening community resilience, and enhancing the country’s defence capacity.
