About the School
The Support Service School Care Company is created in partnership with AZOV.Suprovid and is more than 12 days of training — it’s a full cycle of support for teams: working standards, mentorship from practitioners, grant funding to launch and grow a service, and a community that stays with teams even after they graduate from the School.
The program is run by a team of a methodologist, trainers, and project managers who work as one unit rather than taking turns. This gives teams a consistent approach and support at every stage of training, rather than a set of disconnected lectures.
All approaches and standards are field-tested: active, effective support services are involved in developing the program. They don’t just share their experience — they verify that every proposed tool actually works in real unit conditions.
Selection Process
How to Apply
Priority Is Given to Units That:

Are genuinely motivated to make changes, rather than simply interested in participating.

Have already started building a support service, with someone effectively responsible for providing support.

Are ready to back their commitment with action, with the command allocating time and resources.
04
Plan to establish an NGO or charitable foundation to secure additional funding for the support service.

Selection Application
Fill out an application about your unit and motivation. Complete a short interview with the Foundation's team.

Support School
12 days of in-person training in Kyiv. 9 modules, hands-on assignments, mentorship, and internships.

Implementation

The team implements the service in their unit with a mentor's support. Regular check-ins track progress.

Results Report
The team prepares a report: what they implemented, what results they achieved, and what challenges they faced.

Practitioners' Community
Graduates become part of the network: sharing experience, mentoring new teams, and helping shape the standards.
